Fancy Funnels Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fancy Funnels! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fancy Funnels membership, which provides access to training resources, templates, Q&A sessions, and coworking opportunities. By subscribing, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Membership Overview

Fancy Funnels is a subscription-based service that grants members access to:

  • A vault of trainings and resources
  • Min. of two (2) live Q&A and coworking sessions per month
  • Templates and materials to assist with marketing & funnel creation

Membership is available to users worldwide. These terms apply to all members, regardless of location.

2. Membership Fees & Payment

  • The membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at £49/month (or the equivalent in your local currency where applicable).
  • Payment is required in advance and is processed automatically on the same date each month.
  • We use a third-party payment provider (Stripe), and you agree to their terms when completing a transaction.
  • Prices may be subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any pricing updates.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You can cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation will stop future payments, but no refunds will be issued for any partial months already paid.
  • If we discontinue the membership or make significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice and may offer prorated refunds where appropriate.

4. Content Usage & Intellectual Property

  • All materials, templates, and resources within Fancy Funnels are protected by copyright and are for personal and business use only.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose any content without prior written permission.
  • Live sessions and recordings are for members only and must not be shared or reproduced.

5. Membership Conduct & Community Guidelines

  • Respectful interaction is expected within live Q&A sessions, coworking sessions, and any associated communities.
  • Any abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the membership without a refund.
  • We reserve the right to moderate and manage community engagement to ensure a positive experience for all members.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Fancy Funnels provides guidance, templates, and strategies, but results are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for any business outcomes, financial losses, or decisions made based on the content provided.
  • Members are responsible for their own compliance with legal and marketing regulations relevant to their industry and location.

7. Technical Access & Availability

  • While we aim for continuous access to the membership portal, occasional downtime for maintenance or technical issues may occur.
  • We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party service providers or software platforms used to host the membership.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We may update these terms from time to time, and members will be notified of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
